The spread of COVID-19 has brought about a rapid change in our daily lives. It is also changing our attitudes and social behaviors, and forcing organizations to respond. As life changes usually lead to stress, one of the biggest challenges in response to this change is maintaining well-being. Therefore, it is very important for us all to find ways to stay positive, and stay both physically and mentally healthy.

As the pillar of Thailand’s psychological science, the Faculty of Psychology, Chulalongkorn University has continually developed and established international collaborations with other world-class universities. In addition, we aim to expand our academic network in order to improve the quality of life through research. The 1st Thailand International Conference in Psychology and the 6th Thailand national conference in psychology are also parts of our mission to provide platforms and opportunities for academic linkages. Thus, this event not only enables us to connect, but also gears us towards better quality research.

I really believe that this international conference on “Rapid change: Maintaining well-being in turbulent times” will provide insight to assist individuals to adjust within this changing world. See you in July!
